Branden was born in 1977 and spent his younger days moving every few years as the son of a military pilot. He lived in Germany for 7 years until finally putting down roots in the Woodlands, Texas area for most of his adult life. Branden attended Sam Houston State University where he graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2000.

Upon graduation Branden started a 20 plus year career in the Receivables Management industry where he quickly moved up the corporate ladder. He started his first company in 2004 which focused on the acquisitions of accounts receivables from major banks and lending institutions. As his companies grew in revenues he would start purchasing, selling, building, and renovating commercial and residential real estate to satisfy both his passion for real estate and his need to accommodate his growing staff. Over his career Branden has owned and operated 5 companies spanning more than two decades.
